EVERY PIECE IS SPECIALLY CURATED FOR YOU!!
We strive to provide every garment the perfect fit as depicted in the pictures and description. In some cases customers might want to exchange the product for a different size; bigger or small, in that case we are happy to provide a one time size exchange free of cost only subject to stock availability.
As every order is treated as customized order (with special instructions after confirming with customers) we do not accept product return. Returns are only offered in cases of manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange/return, you can contact us at support@closetcircus.com or WhatsApp with order details and product picture on +91-9910088649 within 3 days of receiving the order.
If your exchange/return request is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Post approval of your exchange/returned order, we will be processing the exchange/return within 5-7 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products, makeup, inner wear, sunglasses, hair & body accessories & jewelry)

Unfortunately, We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In case you wish to exchange the product for a different size, we would be happy to exchange the product free of cost, only if the size is available in stock. Exchange is subjected to quality checks and will be approved upon inspection. The product sent for exchange/return shall be unused & in its original packing, with its tags intact.

Items worn, used, torn, stretched stitching, broken zippers, with any stains (make-up, dirt, food etc.) will not be accepted.

Exchanges/Alterations
Only pertaining to apparel, In case the customer has received the correct size as per the order but still feels the need for a size exchange and the product is out of stock we will try to alter the existing product and do no guarantee a fresh size exchange.
In special cases of customized orders (where measurements or item specifications are altered other than the specified style/size) returns are not acceptable. In that case one time alteration can be done free of cost but the customer will have to bear nominal courier charge of INR 100/- & send the product to us at their own cost.
Size exchange is subjected to quality checks.

Trial Guide - We urge the customers to try on the products without make-up with clean skin. If you feel the size is not fitting you please don't force to wear it as it might result in tearing the fabric or stitching. Open all the zips and buttons then wear it through the widest part of the body first and then carefully close the zip, buttons etc.
Refunds
Refunds will be done only in case of manufacturing defects in the product or in case the size ordered is out of stock. All our products go through quality checks before dispatch but in exceptional cases if there is a manufacturing defect please let us know in detail with picture of the product within 3 days of receiving the order. Post this timeframe any return or refund request will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember It usually takes 7-10 business working days but can take a while longer due to holidays.
